Digital Certificate Vault & Fiscal E-Invoicing

Learn how to configure your PKCS#12 digital signature and automate authorized electronic invoice issuance for your water purification plant.

Upload PKCS#12 Digital Certificate (.p12 / .pfx)

Go to the "Invoicing & Config" section in the Web ERP and upload your encrypted PKCS#12 certificate alongside your private password.

Branch & Sequential Numbering Setup

Configure branch code (e.g. 001), emission point (e.g. 001), and starting sequential number approved by your tax agency (SRI Ecuador).

Strict monotonicity: The system guarantees zero skipped sequence numbers or duplicates.

Digital Signature & Certificate Test

Click "Test Digital Signature". The engine checks certificate validity, expiry dates, certifying authority, and company tax ID.

Live diagnostics: View remaining validity days and operational compliance status on your dashboard.

Automated Dispatch Emission & Batch Sync

When completing POS sales or route deliveries, signed XML files are generated and transmitted to the tax authority, emailing invoices to customers automatically.

Which countries are currently supported for electronic invoicing?

Fiscal electronic invoicing is currently active exclusively for Ecuador (SRI .p12). For other countries in our database (Colombia DIAN, Mexico SAT, Peru SUNAT, Venezuela SENIAT), integrations are set to activate in the short term.

How many electronic invoices are included in my subscription?
